Starting in February 2024, Ivo will take on the role of Director of the Chemical Division globally, encompassing the Home Care, Personal Care, Agrochemicals, Lubricants businesses, etc. This is a key position in our growth strategy and operational excellence.
Ivo brings with him an impressive track record of over 30 years in the chemical industry, standing out for his leadership in operations, research and development (R&D), quality control, and regulatory affairs. His experience ranges from managing multidisciplinary teams to implementing innovative market strategies that have resulted in significant and sustained growth for the organizations he has collaborated with.
Throughout his career, Ivo has demonstrated a great ability to lead with vision and strategy, driving innovation in product development and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and quality. His main goal has been to strengthen the presence of chemical products in global markets, thanks to his focus on operational excellence and his commitment to sustainability.
