The Grupo ADI, a leading company in the Chemicals sector, is announcing a restructuring of its senior management representing a fundamental step forward in its growth strategy for the coming years.
As of January 2024, Jordi Simó, President of the Board of Directors, will head the company’s Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) initiatives, focusing on bolstering inorganic growth and fostering business innovation.
With a strategic vision and extensive experience in the sector, Mr. Simó will play a fundamental role in identifying and taking advantage of new opportunities for the Grupo ADI. As President of the Board, he will continue to play a central role in defining the vision and values that have made ADI a market leader.

The Grupo ADI’s daily operations will now be overseen by Emili Brau, who has been appointed General Manager, supported by Mireia Simó as Deputy General Manager.
